Mr. Claude Jordan

  Claude Jordan, 79, of Many, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2000, at the
Life Care Rehabilitation.

  Mr. Jordan was born April 24, 1921, in Florien. He was a
veteran, and a cattle farmer.

  Services were held Sunday, Dec. 24, at the First Baptist Church
in Many, with interment following at Many Cemetery. Dr. Ed Scott
officiated.

  Survivors include one son, Mark Jordan of Florien; one brother,
Y. C. Jordan of Florien; one sister, Verlyn Salter of Zwolle; two
grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

  Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by his parents, John Clyde
Jordan, and Minnie Jordan.
