  Mrs. Lula Jordon - December 20, 1973

  Mrs. Lula Jordon, 102, of Florien died in Many on Saturday, Dec.
15 at 7:40 a.m. following an extended illness.

  Mrs. Jordan is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Bessie Callens of
Florien, and Mrs. F. J. Micek of Casper, Wyoming; three sons,
Clyde Jordon, Homer Jordon and Lee Jordon all of Florien; 12
grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 5 great great
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Florien First Baptist Church
on Monday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Avon Cavanaugh and the
Rev. Mack Brister officiated. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel
Cemetery.
