Mr. Roy E. Jordan

  9 May 1990 - Funeral services for Mr. Roy E. Jordan, 84, were
held 10 a.m. Friday, May 4 at Florien First Baptist Church.
Interment followed at Antioch Cemetery under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Rev. Mack Brister officiated.

  Mr. Jordan died Wednesday, May 2 at Sabine Medical Center in
Many.

  He was a deacon at the First Baptist Church of Florien.

  He is survived by his wife, Ethel Jordan of Florien; two sons,
Gerald Jordan of Florien and Bill Jordan of Vivian; one daughter,
Diane Hart of Paris, Texas; four brothers, Jeff Jordan of El
Paso, Texas, Charlie Jor4dan of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Johnnie
Jordan and Walter Jordan, both of Florien; two sisters, Josie
Salter of Florien and Annie Mae Calsbeck of Orange City, Iowa;
ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
