Maudie M. Jordan

  Funeral services for Maudie M. Jordan, 77, were held at 2 p.m.,
Friday, July 6, at Jennings Chapel. Interment followed in
Lambertown Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Jordan died July 4, at her residence in Robeline.

  She is survived by six sons, Clyde Jordan of Robeline, Ted
Jordan of Shreveport, Glen Jordan of Robeline, Travis Jordan of
Marthaville, Terry Jordan of Robeline, and Gerry Jordan of
Columbus, Mississippi; five daughters, Effie Ates of Texarkana,
Faye Mitcham of Marthaville, Dollie Stroud of Montgomery, Melba
Cruse of Marthaville, Bobbie Meshell of Robeline; three brothers,
Frank Hinton, Walter Hinton, Homer Hinton, all of Natchitoches;
thirty nine grandchildren; fifty one great grandchildren; and a
host of nieces and nephews.
