Elder John H. Irion conducted the services. Burial was in Centuries Park Memorial cemetery. Mrs. Strickland, a native of Sabine parish and a resident of Shreveport for five years, is survived by her husband, Elmer M. Strickland; two sisters, Mrs. J. R. Miller of Kilgore, Texas, and Mrs. Paul Robinson of Many; five brothers, Sid Hayes and M. T., Doss Hayes, I. D. Hayes of Beaumont, Texas, and R. B. Hayes of Birmingham, Ala.
