Arnold, age 73, of Dess community, were held last Wednesday evening at four o'clock at the Little Flock church. Rev. W. G. Bailey officiated. Interment in Little Flock cemetery under the direction of the Dennis-Green funeral home. Surviving are wife, Mrs. Sarah Francis Arnold; three children, one son James Hoy Arnold, two daughters, Mrs. G. C. Fonotren and Mrs. Cleveland Byrd; two step-sons, Corum and Walter Watkins; two brothers, Elias and Enoch Arnold; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. ***************************************************************** Obituaries: Glen Lewis, Sabine Parish L-200 Source: Sabine Index, Many, La., Jul 16, 1943 Submitted by: Tammy Larche-Smith tammy@cp-tel.net The Sabine Index - Glen Lewis 16 Jul 1943 - Glen Lewis, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Lewis of St. Louis, Mo., was lost in the recent action in European field of war operations. Young Lewis was a flyer with the air forces. Glen Lewis was the son of the former Alice Petty, who is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Petty of Many. The deceased is also the nephew of M. V.
