He came to Port Arthur, Texas in 1929 and worked as an automobile body mechanic, painter, and also as shop foreman for Kleas-Latham Motor Company. He worked for other dealers until he joined his brothers in business at Trinity Bumper and Grille Exchange in Beaumont, Texas for 18 years. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge as well. Mr Darcy retired and then moved to Many, and has resided there for the past 30 years as a member of St. John=s Catholic Church. Survivors include his son Ronald J. Darcy, Sr. and wife, Silvia; daughter, Linda Darcy Noel and husband, Ray, all from Many; grandchildren, Karen Darcy Herring Fuller, Susan Noel Sands, Ronald J.
