Thomas David Kay

  Funeral services for Thomas David Kay, 19, will be held at 3:30
p.m., on Jan. 11, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Florien.

  Rev. Larry Deloach, and Rev. Berry will officiate. Interment
will be in Florien Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Kay passed away on Jan. 8, 1995, in Florien.

  Mr. Kay was born on Feb. 14, 1975, to Dorothy Lynette Stewart,
and Sam David Kay in Bossier City.

  Survivors are his mother, Lynette Kay of Westlake; father, Sam
Kay of Leesville; stepmother, Angie Kay of Leesville; sister,
Dawn Brown of Many; stepbrother, Zach Mueller of Leesville; two
nieces, Krystal bBrown, and Krysten Brown of Many; and a host of
aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
