Porter Kayser Funeral services for Mrs. Naomi A. Porter Kayser, 67, of Natchitoches, were held at 2 p.m., April 17, 1995, at the Chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis of Natchitoches. The Rev. Frances Allen, and the Rev. David Allen officiated. Interment was at Beulah Cemetery near Marthaville, under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis. Mrs. Kayser died April 14, at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport. Mrs. Kayser was a native of Cypress, and a resident of Natchitoches. She was a member of the Oasis of Love First Assembly of God Church in Natchitoches, also Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer of MurSimCo, and parent owner of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Ray Ainsworth, and E. Q. Ainsworth. Survivors are her widower, Don Kayser of Derry; two sons, Maurice Jackson of Many, and Edward "Bubba" Deen of Shreveport; one stepdaughter, Denise Kayser of Hiawatha, Iowa; one sister, Mrs. Jennie Casto of Shreveport; two brothers, Aubrey Ainsworth, and Harvey Ainsworth, both of Shreveport; and three grandchildren.
