Funeral services were held Friday Feb. 3 in the Florien Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Fuller officiating, assisted by the Rev. Crosby of Hornbeck and the Rev. Kelly Fitgerald of Many. Interment was in the church cemetery. Survivors include her husband, S. G. Keadle of Florien, one sister, Mrs. Jennie Collyer, and a number of nieces and nephews. Most of Mrs. Keadle's married life was spent in New Orleans. Her husband was a retired railroad employee. They built a home in Florien after his retirement and have both been very active in church and civic activities. Pallbearers were Gleen Lilly, Walter Powell, Oscar Lee, Lamar Salter, Dan Lucius, C. L. Canterbury, W. L. Dees and Melton Wright. Honorary pallbearers were Homer Jordan, Hoyt Stringer, W. W. Jett, Newt Dalton, John L. Wright and W. E. Worsham.
