Mrs. Gertie Y. Kelly

  Funeral services for Mrs. Gertie Y. Kelly, age 53, who died
Sept. 7, were conducted at Noble Baptist Church at 10 a.m., Sept.
8, with Rev. Frank Chance officiating. Interment was in Cannon
Cemetery, Merryville, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Morse Brandon, Jack Gauntt, Jack Anderson,
Aline Julian, T. S. Paddie, and Odom Touchton.

  Survivors are her husband, Robert L. Kelly of Noble; sons,
Lester, and Joe Lee Kelly, both of Port Arthur; one daughter,
Mrs. George Lanclos of Port Arthur; six grandchildren; five
brothers, S. L., Leon, Cub, Cleve, and W. B. Young, all of
Merryville; three sisters, Mrs. Wyler Richardson of Sulphur, Mrs.
Louis Hickman of DeRidder, and Mrs. Leo Knapp of Merryville.
