Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Sept. 9, at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, with interment following at Rocky Mount Cemetery. The Rev. Russel Smith officiated. Survivors include his widow, Delida Keel of Many; two sons, "Chip" Lloyd Homer Keel II of Shepherd, Texas, and Jeffery Wade Leone of Many; two daughters, Tammie Renee Malliette of Many, and Debbie Weaver of Houston, Texas; sisters, Mildred Bell, and Ruby Roach, both of Nederland, Texas; brother, Earl Keel of Groves, Texas; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
