Mr. J. C. "Jack" Kelly

  Mr. J. C. "Jack" Kelly, 81, of Pelican died April 17, 2003, in
Shreveport. He was a retired welder.

  Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., April 19, at Pelican
Cemetery. The Rev. Randy Festervand officiated, and the Rev.
Jimmy Price assisted.

  Survivors include his widow, Maureen Fisher Kelly of Pelican;
three sons, Kenneth Dyess and wife Brenda of Hawkins, Texas,
Glenn Kelly, and Michael Kelly and wife Cindy, all of Pelican;
two daughters, Linda Kelly Sepulvado and husband Ronnie of
Zwolle, and Lillian Kelly LaGars and husband Joe of Mansfield; 14
grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

  He was preceded in death by his son, Arvin Kelly; grandson, Clay
Kelly; and his parents, Plummer and Emma Litton Kelly.

  Pallbearers were Joe LaGars, Ronnie Sepulvado, Josh Kelly, Scott
Kelly, Jason Sepulvado, and Chris Sepulvado.

  In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorials be made to
Pelican Cemetery.
