Mr. Louis Edward Kilgore

  Mr. Louis Edward Kilgore, 72, of Marthaville, died Tuesday, Jan.
16, 2001, at Natchitoches Parish Hospital.

  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 18, at
Warren Meadows Funeral Home, with interment following at Ajax
Cemetery. The Rev. Doyle Carpenter, and the Rev. Eddie Edwards
officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Charline Kilgore of Marthaville;
son Benny and wife Jody Kilgore of Marthaville; daughter, Helen
Kilgore and husband Terry Smith of Campti; two brothers, Joe Lee
Kilgore of Houston, Texas, and Charles B. Kilgore Jr. of
Marthaville; one sister, Delma Trevino of Houston, Texas; four
grandchildren, Adam Kilgore, Jost Kilgore, Katy Kilgore, and
Landon Smith, all of Houston, Texas; and a host of nieces,
nephews, and friends.
