Keelen, 96, of Zwolle, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, at Sabine Medical Center. Mrs. Keelen was born July 24, 1904. She received a B. A. degree from Louisiana State Teachers College, a masters degree from Peabody, and a Library Science Degree from L. S. U. Mrs. Keelen taught at Zwolle High School, and the later retired as the Zwolle High School Librarian. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 8, at the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. The Rev. Bonita Davis officiated. Survivors include one sister, Marjorie Sullivan of Plantation, Fla., and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Keelen was preceded in death by her husband, Lavigor Keelen, and four brothers, Clyde Leone, Dick Leone, Earl Leone, and LaDore Leone. Pallbearers were Douglas C. Leone, Harold L.
