Mr. Donald Leon Killian, Sr.

  Funeral services for Mr. Donald Leon Killian Sr., 63, of
Florien, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 9, 1997, at
Antioch Baptist Church.

  The Revs, Jimmie Evans, Homer Fondren, and C. J. Walea
officiated. Burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Killian died Monday, April 7, at L.S.U. Medical Center in
Shreveport.

  He is survived by his widow, Elsie Vice Killian of Florien; four
daughters, Janie Woodall of Coushatta, Brenda Lewing of Many,
Rhonda Kay Gilbert of Maryland, and Bonnie Troutman of Many; four
sons, Donnie Joe Killian of Maryland, Donald L. Killian Jr.,
Jeffery L. Killian, and Jamey L. Killian, all of Florien; one
sister, Bonnie Tonione Jean of Florien; two brothers, John Robert
(Douger) Killian of Many, and Arthur (Toug) Killian of Florien;
16 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Richard Sucre, Louis Stachowisk, Donald Killian
Jr., John Tonione, Kendall Robertson, Benjamin Killian, Arthur
Killian Jr., and Bailey Killian.

  Honorary pallbearers were Bradley Troutman, Jamey Killian,
Jeffery Killian, Joshua Lewing, Jakey Lewing, and Jessie Lewing.
