Charles Knippers

  Funeral services for Charles Knippers, 42, were held at 2 p.m.,
Monday, Oct. 28, in the Oak Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev.
Wayne Head officiating, asssted by the Rev. Welch. Burial was in
the Prewitt Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home
of Leesville.

  Knippers died Saturday morning in a Shreveport hospital. He was
a former automobile repairman.

  Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Haywood Knippers of
Hornbeck; two sons, Tommy Knippers, and Charles Douglas Knippers;
one daughter, JoAnn Knippers, all of Evans; three brothers,
Harold Knippers, Wayne Knippers, and Bobby Knippers, all of
Hornbeck; one sister, Mrs. Margarete Rutherford of Hornbeck.
