Knippers - November 15, 1973 A. R. (Nip) Knippers, 59, of Shreveport, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, in Schumpert Hospital following a short illness. A native of Many, he had resided in Shreveport for 35 years. He was a veteran of World War II, and a member of the American Legion and the Baptist church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel Lois Knippers of Shreveport; three brothers, Tom Knippers, Ed Knippers, and Curtis Knippers, all of Robeline and four sisters, Mrs. W. A. Varnado of Shreveport and Mrs. D. L. Howard of Many. Funeral arrangements are pending with Rose-Neath Funeral Home.
