The Sabine Index

  Mr. I. C. Knippers - February 25, 1988

  Mr. I. C. Knippers, 73, died at Byrd Hospital in Leesville, La.
on Feb. 19, 1988.

  Services were held at Warren Baptist Church on Feb. 22 at 10
a.m. with Rev. H. H. Tibbits and Rev. Travis McCullough
officiating. Burial was at Warren Cemetery under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include one son, William (Dale) Knippers of Many; two
daughters, Katherine Anders of Many and Pamela Ensinger of
Fisher; four brothers, Luther Knippers of Many, Arnold Knippers
of Shreveport, Haywood Knippers of Hornbeck and Clarence Knippers
of Pascagoula, MS; three sisters, Bertha Garcia of Allen, Dorothy
Layfield of Haynesville and Effie Mae Pleasant of Many; eight
grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
