Carolyn Sandel Knippers (Photo)

  Funeral services for Carolyn Sandel Knippers, 67, were held at 2
p.m., Sunday, Jan. 19, at Many Church of the Nazarene. Rev.
Corliss Hugg, and Rev. Chris Williams Jr. officiated. Interment
followed at the Florien Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Knippers died Friday, Jan. 17, at Natchitoches Parish
Hospital in Natchitoches.

  She is survived by her husband, Norman Knippers of Many; two
sons, David Knippers of Bethany, Okla., and Robert Knippers of
Many; two sisters, Clothilde Hebert, and Jo Ella Chandler of
Florien; one brother, Mark Sandel of Ragley, La.; and five
grandchildren, Brian Knippers of Portland, Maine, Andrew
Knippers, and Amanda Knippers, both of Many, Allen Knippers, and
Amy Beth Knippers, both of Bethany, Okla.
