Mrs. Lavina Darlene Arnold Knippers

  Mrs. Lavina Darlene Arnold Knippers, 59, of Many, died Jan. 8,
2002.

  Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Jan. 9, at Warren Baptist
Church, with interment following at Warren Cemetery. The Rev.
Homer Fondren, Bro. Joe Chance, and Bro. Mike Henderson
officiated.

  Survivors include her husband, Luther Knippers Jr. of Many; two
sisters, Marie McConathy, and Marguerite Spears, both of Florien;
brother, the Rev. Howard Arnold of Winnfield; and a host of
nieces, nephews, and friends.

  Mrs. Knippers was preceded in death by her parents, James and
Lottie Arnold; and brothers, George Truett Arnold, and Charles
Herbert Arnold.
