King 26 Jan 1934 - Mrs. D. D. King, 75, died at her home in Many Saturday noon following a prolonged illness. Funeral services wee Sunday morning at 11:15 at the Many Baptist church, the last rites being conducted by the Rev. J. M. Pate, pastor of Many Baptist church, and the Rev. W. T. Gray, pastor of the Many Methodist church, followed by interment in Many cemetery. Mrs. King was born at Mt. Lebenon, Bienville parish, being a daughter of the late L. W. Baker, one of the pioneer settlers of Mt. Lebanon. She came to Many in 1910 with her late husband, D. D. King, where she has since made her home. Deceased is survived by a daughter, Mrs. John H. Boone of Many and one sister, Mrs. W. E. Jones, of Homer.
