Eugene Vickery officiating. Interment was in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. She died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 1983, in Shreveport. Mrs. Kinsey, a native of Converse, was a former 60-year resident of Houston, a resident of Shreveport for 6 months, and she had been employed as a supervisor for S. W. Bell Telephone Co. Mrs. Kinsey was the owner of the Happy Tots Day School and Nursery, a member of the South Maine Baptist Church, Park Place Chapter No. 731, Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of S. W. Bell Pioneers Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto Shaefer Kinsey, Post Commander of the Houston Commandery No. 95 of the Knights Templar. Survivors include one daughter, Ms. Clara Jane Tennyson of Chicago; grandchildren, Ms. Deidre Ilene Russell of Aruba, Netherlands, Antilles and Evan Wade Russell of Corpus Christi, John Gentry Tennyson of Houston; her sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Keith of Lakeland, Fla., and Mrs. Nell Tabor of Shreveport, Mrs. Inez Massie of Rockwell, Texas, and Mrs. Ruby Ware Payne of Springhill. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale.
