Mrs. Ramie Lee King

  Services for Mrs. Ramie Lee King, 76, of Minden, were held at 4
p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21, in the Minden Rose-Neath Funeral Home
Chapel. Officiating was Rev. Lewis Cole. Burial was in Minden
Cemetery.

  Mrs. King, born in Pleasant Hill, had been a resident of Minden
for 40 years, and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. She
died Saturday, Oct. 18, 1986, in the Meadowview Nursing Home in
Minden, following a lengthy illness.

  She is survived by three sons, Melvin M. King of San Diego,
Calif., Glenn D. King of Dixie Inn, and Sandy King of Longstreet;
one sister, Mrs. Alma Watson of Pleasant Hill; one brother, Roy
Dyes of Shreveport; ten grandchildren; and two great
grandchildren.

  Memorials may be made to the Church of the Nazarene in Minden.
