Mrs. Lida Bruce King

  Mrs. Lida Bruce King, 85, passed away Feb. 14, 1994, at Sabine
Medical Center in Many, La. Mrs. King was born in Pleasant Hill,
and has lived there all her life. She is survived by her husband,
Charles R. King of Pleasant Hill, La.; two sons, Delaney King of
Sierra Madre, Calif., and Jim King of Miami, Fla.; one daughter,
Rebecca King of Lexington, Ky.; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  The funeral service was held Feb. 17, at 2 p.m., in the Bethel
Congregational Methodist Church near Pleasant Hill, with Rev.
Bryan Jennings officiating. Interment followed in Spring Ridge
Cemetery.
