Coan Knight

  Coan Ira Knight, 71, of Leesville, died Sunday, June 12.

  Services were held Tuesday, in Hixson Chapel, with the Rev. Leon
Scott officiating. Burial was in Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.

  Survivors include his widow; one son, Coan Knight Jr. of
Alexandria; two stepsons, William Gordy of Leesville, and Carroll
Gordy Jr. of Converse, Tex.; one brother, Barkely Knight of
Winnsboro; four sisters, Miss Margaret Knight, Miss Ione Knight,
Mrs. R. U. Fairbanks Sr., and Mrs. Alvin Seal, all of Sicily
Island, and three grandchildren.
