Services for Hattie Jo Kinley were held at 2 p.m., Monday, April 12, 1993, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, with Father William Carey, pastor of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church officiating. Burial was at Forest Park West Cemetery. Mrs. Kinley died suddenly, Wednesday, April 7, 1993, in Corrigan, Texas, as the result of an automobile accident. She was born in Zwolle, La., and was a lifetime resident of Shreveport. Mrs. Kinley was employed by Willis-Knighton Medical Center, and was former secretary to St. Catherine's Catholic School. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Keith A. Kinley of Shreveport; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry W. LaRoux of Zwolle; two sons, Allen Kinley and wife Janyce of College Station, Tex., and Greg Kinley of Ruston; six daughters, Janice Lafitte and husband Michael of Shreveport, Aliese Nelson and husband Randy of Greenwood, La., Rhonda Price and husband Ralph of Shreveport, Kim Solice and husband Scott of Shreveport, Joy Spaulding and husband Jerry of Houston, Tex., and Joni Storey and husband Darren of Shreveport; one sister, Drucella Klumpp of San Antonio, Tex.; one brother, Clovis R. LaRoux of Marion, Indiana; 13 grandchildren, Andria, Michelle, Steven, Clinton, Christy, Kelly, Ryan, Stacy, Kyle, Kevin, Brandon, Kelsey, Stephanie; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were sons-in-law.
