Ben Kirkland

  Ben Kirkland, 80, of Zwolle, died Sunday, May 23, after a short
illness.

  Funeral services were held in the Warren Meadows Chapel Tuesday,
May 25, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Kenneth Leach officiating. Interment
was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are one son, W. M. Kirkland, of Winnie Tex.;
two brothers, Nealie Kirkland of Plain Dealing, and Grady Kirkland,
Shreveport; 4 stepchildren, Bernice Busher of Mansfield, Sam Busher
of Shreveport, Mrs. Mildred Magness of Coolidge, Tex., and Mrs. Bessie
Ebarb of Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews.
