The Sabine Index - Elias B. Lee 
  
  19 Nov 1948 - Elias B. Lee, 90, passed away at the home of a 
nephew, Neldham Sandel of Florien after a short illness. Final 
rites were conducted 3 p.m. Monday from Prospect Methodist church 
near Florien by Rev. C. W. Quaid, pastor, assisted by Rev. 
Tibbits of Fort Jessup. Interment followed under direction 
Massingill funeral home. 
  
  Surviving relatives include; foster son, Hoy Lee Taylor, Many; 
foster daughter, Mrs. Lizzie Dees, Many; brother Cullen Lee, 
Florien; sister, Mrs. Laura Sandel, Florien; six grandchildren.
