Doyle Lowe

  Services for Mr. Doyle Lowe, 60, of Plain Dealing, were at 2
p.m., Friday, June 4, at the Plain Dealing Baptist Church. The
Rev. Don Doughty officiated.

  Burial was in Plain Dealing Cemetery. Arrangements were under
the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, Ark. He died
Wednesday, June 2, at the Bossier Medical Center, following a
lengthy illness. Mr. Lowe was a member of the Plain Dealing
Baptist Church, and a former employee of the Bossier Parish
Highway Dept.

  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Williams Lowe
of Plain Dealing; four sons, Dale Lowe of Haughton, Darrell Lowe,
and Raymond Lowe of Plain Dealing, and James Lowe of Serepta,
La.; three brothers, Edgar Lowe of Shreveport, James Woodrow Lowe
of Zwolle, and Billy Lowe of San Antonio, Tex.; one sister, Mrs.
Charlene Judith of Plain Dealing; six grandsons; and two great
granddaughters.
