Mr. Frank Edward Lee, Jr.

  Mr. Frank Edward Lee Jr. 64, died Friday, Sept. 22, 2000, at
his home on Toledo Bend.

  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, Sept. 25, in the
Rabenhorst Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Greenoaks
Memorial Park.

  Mr. Lee retired from Uniroyal, and was a resident of Many, and
a native of Baton Rouge. He was a Louisiana National Guard
Veteran.

  Survivors include his widow, Helen Lee; daughter, Kristye and
husband Charles W. Germond; two sons, Frank Edward Lee III and
wife Danette, and Kenneth Wayne and wife Karin Lee; six
grandchildren, Erica and Morgan Lee, Chase and Kalie Germond, and
Kenny and Kourtney Lee; and sister and brother-in-law, Phyliss
and Ron Nielson.

  Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and
Hortense Lee Sr.
