Doctors from Newton, Tex. pronounced him dead on the scene. Funeral services are pending, as of Wednesday afternoon, due to the fact that Frankie has a brother in Viet Nam, who has not yet been notified. Funeral services will be conducted at Middle Creek Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lynn Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Middle Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Fannie Law of Florien; two brothers, Gerald Law of Viet Nam, and Hamp Law of Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Norman Herrington of Florien, and Mrs. Homer Fondren of Leesville; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Berville of Coushatta.
