Lee were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 5, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Alexandria. The Rev. Daniel Davis, pastor of Pendleton Assembly of God Church in Many, officiated. Burial followed in the Dark Neal Cemetery. Mrs. Lee, 41, of Zwolle, died Thursday, Oct. 3, in Grace Home in Shreveport. She was a member of Pendleton Assembly of God Church, where she taught Sunday School, and worked with Bible School. A graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, she also received her Masters Degree from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. She was a third grade teacher at Many Elementary, and was a former Teacher of the Year. She had also taught at Northwood in Boyce. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Lee of Zwolle; one daughter, Jodi Lee of Winnfield; four sons, Randy Lee of Natchitoches, Louis Lee, and Sam Lee, both of Zwolle, and Jamie Lee of Marthaville; her mother, Jean Emmons of Oil City; two brothers, James "Jay" Henderson of Mt. Olive, North Carolina, and Aaron Henderson Jr. of Midland, Texas; one sister, Florence Richard of Bossier City; and a granddaughter, Taryn Lee of Marthaville. Hixson Brothers, Alexandria, La.
