E. W. Lopez

  Earnest William Lopez, 67, of Zwolle, died, following a short
illness on Tuesday, August 3.

  Mr. Lopez is survived by his widow, Lucy Lopez of Zwolle; six
sons, Danny Lopez, Kenny Lopez, and Doyle Lopez, all of Zwolle,
Billy Ray Lopez of Jasper, Tex., and R. V. Lopez and Marrell
Lopez, both of Conroe, Tex.; one daughter, Betty Sue Drake of
Dallas; two brothers, Pat Lopez Jr. of Maryland, and Tommy Lopez
of Nevada; and six sisters, Verne Forshe of Grand Cane; Odessia
Novack of Portland, Ore., Odel Saddler of Overton, Tex., Ester
Pilcher of Negreet, Ordis Dell Remedies of Zwolle, and Doris Nell
Lott of Kirbyville, Tex.

  Funeral services were held Thursday, August 5, at 1 a.m., in the
Zwolle Pentecostal Church. The Rev. John Riggle officiated.
Burial was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
