George Lopez

  Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 25, at 2 p.m., in the
St. Joseph Catholic Church, for George Lopez, 69, of Zwolle.
Officiating at the services was Father Patrick A. Scully.
Interment was in the St. Joseph Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Lopez died in the Fraser Hospital, Wednesday, Feb. 23, after
an extended illness.

  Surviving relatives are his wife, Mary Lopez of Zwolle; one son,
Roger Lopez of Zwolle; one daughter, Janis Canton of Logansport;
two brothers, Frank Lopez of Zwolle, and Floyd Lopez of Many;
three sisters, Mrs. Nell Berna of Union City, Calif., Mrs. Ann
Cooper of Haughton, and Mrs. Bertha Vanderbush of Shreveport; and
three grandsons.
