W. E. Lafitte, Jr.

  Services for Mr. W. E. Lafitte Jr., 69, of Many, were held at 10
a.m., Friday, June 18, 1993, in Many First United Methodist
Church. Officiating was Rev. John Koelemay, and Rev. Hugh Warren.
Burial was held in Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Lafitte died Wednesday, June 16, 1993, at Sabine Medical
Center in Many.

  He is survived by his wife, Bobbye Lafitte of Many; four sons,
William E. Lafitte III of Many, Charles David Lafitte of Newton,
Tex., Robert Todd Lafitte of Many, and Paul Kim Lafitte of Many;
one brother, James E. (Jack) Lafitte of Shreveport; nine
grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Kenneth Ammons, Brian Tannehill, Bruce Gandy,
Dean Lambert, Bill Boone, and Don Zick.

  Honorary pallbearers were Jim Lyons, I. D. Bostain, Bill Creed,
Boots Hayes, James Murphy, W. R. Miller, and Willie Bell.
