Mr. Ed R. Lovitt

  Memorial services for Mr. Ed R. Lovitt were held at Mt. Zion
Baptist Church, with burial services at Oak Hill Cemetery, on
Nov. 13, at 11 a.m. Ministers were Rev. Brad Forrest, and Rev.
Jimmie Evans. Mr. Lovitt died at his residence in Many, La., on
Nov. 11, 1993. He was 75 years of age.

  He is survived by three sons, Keith Lovitt of Many, La., Phillip
Lovitt of Many, La., and Marcus Lovitt of Many, La.; two
daughters, Glenda Anthony of Florien, La., and Barbara Gilman of
Lake Charles, La.; three sisters, Vel Lovitt of Terry, Miss.,
Inez Prime of Terry, Miss., and Irma Alexander of Puckett, Miss.;
and three brothers, Marilyn Lovitt of Puckett, Miss., Ottis
Lovitt of Jackson, Miss., and I. A. Lovitt Jr. of Raymond, Miss.
