Mrs. Alice Lofton

  Mrs. Alice Lofton, 94, of Many, died on Saturday, July 12, at
9:15 p.m., following an extended illness.

  Survivors include a host of nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law,
Mrs. M. L. Corley of Zwolle; and a brother-in-law, S. B. DuBose
of Florien.

  Funeral services were held at the Hornbeck First Baptist Church
on Monday, July 14, at 4 p.m., with the Rev. Lord, and the Rev.
Dowden officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under
the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Serving as
pallbearers were her nephews.
