Carson William Lofton

  Funeral services for Mr. Carson William Lofton, 77, of Zwolle,
were held at 12 p.m., Friday, Nov. 25, at Oak Grove Methodist
Church of Natchitoches.

  Rev. Wayne Hicks officiated. Interment was in Church Cemetery,
under the direction of Rush Funeral Home of Pineville.

  Mr. Lofton passed away at 10 p.m., Monday, November 21, 1994, at
his residence.

  Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Lucille Lofton of Zwolle; two
sons, David Lofton of Converse, and Rex Lofton of Sweeny, Tex.;
two daughters, Jo Ann Abraham, and Marie Odom, both of Zwolle;
three brothers, Rev. Charles Lofton of Crosby, Tex., John Lofton
of Zwolle, and Rubin Lofton of Jonesboro; two sisters, Doris King
of Minden, and Rene Gore of Eupora, Miss.

  Pallbearers were Terry Abraham, Benjamin Abraham, Daniel
Abraham, Gary Odom, Russell Lofton, and Wayne Lofton; sixteen
grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two great-great
grandchildren.
