John J. Lofton

  Last rites for John J. Lofton, age 100 years, who died at
Hornbeck Thursday, Dec. 4, were conducted at Mitchell Baptist
Church, Anacoco, at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 6, with Rev. Robert
Graham officiating.

  Interment was in the church cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are sons, Mack, and Niel, both of Toro, Jessie, and
Lonnie, both of Hornbeck; daughters, Mrs. Ella Mitchell of Toro,
Mrs. Bertha Miers of Anacoco, Mrs. Myrtis Snell of Hornbeck; 21
grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
