All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Mrs. Wilma Williams Leopold Mrs. Wilma Williams Leopold, 82, of Many, died in Many on Dec. 26, 1985, at 12:50 a.m. Mrs. Leopold was a charter member of the Natchitoches Chapter of the Colonial Dames, Seventeenth Century; the Sabine Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was also past president of the Many Book Club. Mrs. Leopold taught for many years at Many High School. Services were held at Many First Baptist Church, on Dec. 27, at 2:30 p.m., with Rev. Joe Ratcliff officiating. Interment followed in Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers included Alfice Brumley, John Baker, Pete Abington, Bob Clark, Melvin Wright, Leslie Lites, Alvin Warmack, and W. R. Miller. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Williams Morrow of Many; one niece, Mrs. Dorothy Meharg Alford of Many; two nephews, Mr. George Joe Boyens of Many, and Mr. Bratram Meharg of Austin, Tex.
