The Sabine Index - Marshall Leach 
  
  16 Jul 1948 - Funeral services for Marshall Leach, age 76, who 
passed away at is Florien home were conducted at Prospect 
Methodist church, Florien, at 11:00 a.m. Saturday by Rev. C. W. 
Quaid, pastor. Interment followed under direction Massingill 
funeral home. 
  
  The Masonic Lodge was in charge of services at the grave. 
  
  Surviving relatives include widow, Mrs. M. Leach; sister Mrs. 
Rachel Miller, Florien, brother, D. S. Leach, Florien a number of 
nieces and nephews. 
  
  Mr. Leach was prominent in public affairs. He was a director of 
The Peoples State Bank, Many, for many years.
