The Sabine Index - Joe Leach

  29 Jul 1949 - Death claimed Joe Leach, 75, at a Leesville
hospital after a short illness Sunday. Last rites were conducted
at Mr. Carmel Baptist church at 2:30 p.m. Sunday by Revs. C. W.
Williams and Jones of DeRidder. Interment followed under
direction Massingill funeral home.

  Surviving relatives include the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Lester
Brown, DeRidder; brothers, Coleman of Many, O. C. of Overton,
Texas, Lud of Shreveport, Hoyt and Ocie of Hornbeck; a sister,
Mrs. Carrie Montrose of Hornbeck, and one grandchild.
