She was born Oct. 25, 1902 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. She was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church in Florien. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 5 at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel in Many with interment following at the Florien Cemetery. Dr. Bill Boyd officiated. Survivors include three daughters, Louise Davis of Many, June Martin of Coushatta and Doris Daquila of McComb, Miss.; three sons, Lester Leach and Jimmy Leach, both of Florien and Mark Leach of Monroe; one stepson, Floyd Leach of Yucaipa, Calif; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren. Mrs. Leach was preceded in death by her husband, M V. Leach; one son, Dan G. Leach, Sr.; one daughter, Coda Wright; and one step-daughter, Mavis Dowden. Pallbearers were her grandsons.
