Mrs. Tessie Sales Lewis

  Services were held Monday, February 28, at 10 a.m., for Mrs.
Tessie Sales Lewis, 74, of Hornbeck, at the Hornbeck United
Pentecostal Church, under the direction of the Warren Meadows
Funeral Home. Officiating were Rev. Doyle Carpenter, and Rev.
Doyle Arender. Burial was in the Mitchell Cemetery.

  Mrs. Lewis died Friday, February 25, 1983, in Many, after a
short illness.

  She is survived by two daughters, Linda P. Lewis of Hornbeck,
and Lucille Lewis of Many; one sister, Nezzie Bolton, Cleveland,
Tex.; two step daughters, Corrine Leach, Many, and Hazel McComic,
Zwolle; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one
great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
