Mrs. Earline Crain Lewis

  Mrs. Earline Crain Lewis, 62, of Marthaville, died on Sunday,
Dec. 15, 1985, at 9 p.m., in the Pleasant Hill General Hospital.

  Services were held at Marthaville Methodist Church on Wednesday,
Dec. 18, at 10 a.m., with Rev. Foster Jennings officiating.
Burial was in Marthaville Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband, Willie Joel Lewis of Marthaville;
four sons, Willis James Lewis of San Marcos, Tex., Robert D.
Lewis of Lock Hart, Tex., Raymond G. Lewis of Winnsboro, La., and
Roy G. Lewis of Marthaville; her mother, Lucy Rains of
Marthaville; four sisters, Noveline Byrd of Marthaville, Merline
Schattner, and Estelle Newton, both of Shreveport, and Daisy
Hamilton of Minden, La.; one brother, Jessie L. Crain of Tucson,
Ariz.; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
