Mrs. Elizabeth Leach

  5 Jan 1940 - Mrs. Elizabeth Leach, age 80, died at her home near
Florien Dec after 28, a few days illness.

  Mrs Leach was a life-long resident of Sabine parish and mother
of eight children, two sons, James and B. L., and six daughters,
Mrs. Don Salter, Mrs. Ben Miller, Mrs. R. R. Salter, Mrs. Mack
Evans, Mrs. Clayborn Salter and Mrs. T.W. Wright, all of Florien.
Twenty-five grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren survive.

  Funeral services were held at Antioch church in charge of
Dennis-Green funeral home of Many wit the following grandsons
acting as pallbearers; P. R., Clyde, Carlton, J. D. Salter,
Melvin and Melton Wright and Othal Miller, with Rev. W. G. Bailey
officiating.
