Leach, 87, of Ft. Jesup, were held at 10 a.m., Monday, March 2, at Warren Meadows Chapel. The Rev. Earl Marr, Rev. H. H. Tibbitts, Rev. Arthur Haymon, Rev. Larry Hubbard, and Rev. Truman Leach officiated. Burial followed in Fort Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Leach died Saturday, Feb. 29, at Heritage Manor #1 in Many. Survivors include three sons, Herbert Leach, and Raymond Leach, both of Fort Jesup, and Cade Leach of Zwolle; seven daughters, Martha Speight of Shreveport, Elizabeth Johnston of Houma, Shirley Harris of Shreveport, Lena Moore, and Flo Bush of Colorado Springs, Ruth Eason of Shreveport, and Jane Winn of Clinton, Ark.; one sister, Ruth Henderson of Corpus Christi, Tex.; three brothers, C. D. Leach, and Mitford Leach of Fort Jesup, and Lester Leach of Vinton; 34 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Harlon Leach, J. P. Speight, Wayne Speight, Jeffrey Leach, Jarrod Leach, wade Moore, Jimmy Eason, and Jonathan Leach. Honorary pallbearers included Ronnie Bush, Joshua Leach, and Cody Leach.
