Presiding at the funeral was Bishop Stanley E. Hayes of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Invocation was given by Kenneth M. Hardy. The speaker was Elder C. Glen Hardy. The obituary was read by Melvin Hardy, a brother. Interment followed in the Fenders Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mrs. Lewis was born in Many, La., on March 3, 1947, to W. Albert Hardy and Ruthie Marcelite Mitchell Hardy. She is survived by her father, W. Albert Hardy; and her stepmother, Malva M. Hardy; three half brothers, Heber A. Hardy of Leesville, S. C., Jimmie L. Hardy of Flint, Michigan, Joe Hardy of Arkansas; two brothers, Kenneth M. Hardy of Huntsville, Texas, and McIvin J. Hardy of Arkansas; two sisters, Thelma R. Widner of Arkansas, and Patricia Sisco of California; two adoptee sisters, Delores Lovelace of Orange, Texas, and Loretta Coleman of Roosevelt, Utah; and one half sister, Melva Kelly of Many; her sons, Billy Sepulvado of Texarkana, Arkansas, Tommy Sepulvado of Harrison, Arizona; and one half brother, Jimmy Williams of Seattle, Washington.
