Mrs. Jewell Lucius

  Services for Mrs. Jewell Lucius of Natchitoches, were held at 1
p.m., Saturday, January 25, at the Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral
Home Chapel. The Rev. Charles Bates officiated. Burial was at
Belmont Cemetery in Belmont, La.

  Mrs. Lucius died Thursday, January 23, 1986, at Rapides General
Hospital She was a native of Marthaville, and was a member of the
First Baptist Church of Natchitoches.

  She is survived by two brothers, Clarence W. Lewis, Sr. of
Natchitoches, and Luther E. Lewis of Auburn, Calif.; and one
sister-in-law, Mrs. John D. Lewis of Clovis, N. M.

  Pallbearers were Johnnie Scott, Whitcomb Scott, Everett Doerge,
Billy Gibson, John D. Lewis, Jr., and C. W. Lewis, Jr.
